United Arab Emirates Mixed Martial Arts Federation
The UAE Mixed Martial Arts Federation (UAEMMAF) is the governing body for MMA in the United Arab Emirates. Established in 2021, the federation is responsible for developing and promoting MMA in the UAE, as well as regulating and standardizing the sport across the country.
On June 2, 2021, the UAEMMAF became a member of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF), which has enabled the UAE to host flagship MMA and martial arts events.
Registered in Abu Dhabi, the UAEMMAF aims to be the official regulator and provider of both amateur and professional MMA in the territory, responsible for its governance and technical development. The UAE MMA Federation also oversees the training and development of MMA athletes in the country, providing coaching and training programs for athletes at all levels.
